How to be in the body? How to create awareness in the body? Awareness on how the mind is on all of that? How is the mind in the body and the body in the mind?

In this workshop we will look closer into these questions while working with the body in a sustainable and harm reductive way - hope you are curious and want to learn more with me.

I’m Nine and will lead this workshop; I’m a physiotherapist with specializing with psychiatry and have had yoga as a part of my life for more than 17 years and been teaching for around 12 years.

We will get nerdy get a bit of flow in the body and hopefully gain new knowledge

To secure your space you prepay a donation to 28699885 - min 4 ppl - full refund if we are less ♡

****************************
Yogarilla is a non-profit yoga collective based in Bolsjefabrikken in Copenhagen on the border between Nørrebro, nordvest and Østerbro.
We offer donation based drop in yoga and movement.
Right now we suggest 60 kr pr class but you always pay what is sustainable to you and your economy.
The classes are always without registration so just come by as you are. We welcome everybody.
We have no dress code, no right or wrong way to practice - most importantly we encourage you to bring yourself into the space exactly how you are.
We are aiming at creating a safe space for everyone to practice how they like. We tolerate no harassment, racism, sexism, trans- or queerfobia and we are of an anti-capitalist mindset - which in practice space means no competition

✨ At the next Group Therapy there will an invitation to Take Part in a Field Study on Dance ✨

My name is Nine, we might be familiar though the many amazing parties Group Therapy has hosted during the last 7 years! WOW time flies!! Currently I’m doing a research project exploring how dance is felt, lived, and understood at queer and queer-friendly parties.
The project looks at dance not just as movement — but as a way of being together, of expressing identity, joy, and connection across different cities and cultures.

The study takes place in Copenhagen, Berlin, and Mexico City, tracing how dancing unfolds in these unique queer dancing spaces.

🌀 How you can take part:
At Group Therapy there will be a small box where you can contribute anonymously. You’re invited to write or create a short personal expression about your experience of dancing — a diary note, a letter, a poem, a drawing, or anything in between. Just include the time you’re writing and the genre or form you’ve chosen.

See you on the floor!!

And btw. I will take part of the party just like all of you - but if you know me you can alway come over and ask if there is any question!

1 month of being 30 and the party went a little bit like this.

💕A big thank you for @villamullekulla for letting me throw my party on their farm and give me 100 square meters of their land to create “the birthday garden” where i grew veggies specific for the party.
I am grateful for my friends and parents for helping me putting this party together. I had so much fun!!!! I love to have these karaoke superstars in my life 🤩 thank you😘
