Happy National Apprenticeship Week! Yesterday, we had the honor of joining Treyvon Ratcliff Hayes at the White House, where he was recognized as an Apprentice Trailblazer. In this photo, he is pictured with Acting Secretary of Labor Julie Su, along with other members of the Department of Labor and Department of Education.

Trey was nominated for his outstanding contributions as an instructor for the CAPP program, his role on the advisory board for the Carpentry program at Swenson High School, and his active involvement with Local 164. His dedication as a mentor to young people and his commitment to guiding carpentry students toward union apprenticeships make him a true inspiration.

Congratulations, Treyvon!🎉 Swenson’s Class of 2018!!
