Working on the transitions, not just the shapes. 🤸‍♀️

Changing leg positions in a handstand looks simple… until you actually try to stay balanced through the movement. 😅

Some transitions feel controlled.
Others are a little shaky.

Moving the legs independently while keeping the shoulders active, the core engaged and finding the balance again after every change is a challenge on its own.
It doesn’t have to look perfect to be useful training.

Control. Adjust. Repeat. ✨

A better handstand starts with the line. 🤸‍♀️

Finding your straight line is one thing.
Leaving it and finding it again with control is another.

That’s what I’m working on here:
→ straight line to tuck and back
→ one leg in and back to the line
→ staying controlled through every transition

It’s not just about holding a handstand.
It’s about understanding where your body is upside down and learning how to move without losing control.

Shoulders active. Core engaged. Hips controlled.
Every movement has a purpose.

Some reps feel better than others — that’s part of the process.
Keep practicing, adjusting and refining. ✨

Leave the line. Control the movement. Find it again. 🔥

Training with history in the background. 🇬🇷

Every place has its own energy—and this one hits differently. ☀️

Some moments don't need words.
