🏆 Week 2 winner: Niya!
Here’s the thing about the drawing: it isn’t about having a perfect week. Niya logged either way, and that’s what put her in it. Holding yourself accountable to your habits is how you see what’s going on, which days go sideways, and what tends to help.

And remember - every log counts, whether it’s a yes or a no.
So if you’ve been sitting out because the week got away from you, that’s exactly the week to log. 1 time, 2 times, or 6, you’re still in the drawing.

Week 51 - fill the frame - 52 frames. I enlisted the help of one of my classes to be my models this week. The first image is my submission but I loved them both. I wanted to fill the frame with hands, and needed a LOT of hands. For me this photo actually represents a lot. Not only that we use our hands for so much of what we do in the gym (and outside of the gym ofc), we all are such a beautiful strong community and support and lift each other up on a daily basis. Hands play a prominent role in my photography and this seemed like a good week to add them back into my submission. Hands represent support, healing, strength and tenderness, and so much more. They are expressive and hold a lot of energy to me. Thank you to my gym family for being willing to help me all the time with my challenges! You know you all are my extended family! ❤️ We start again in 2 weeks! Arista EDU 400 film

Still wrapping my heart around this one. 🧡

Being voted “Life of the WOD” by my Bladium CrossFit family means more to me than you know 🙏🏽.

In a world that’s obsessed with degrees, titles, certificates, and shiny accolades… this one actually matters to me. Because it wasn’t given by an institution or a panel—it was voted on by humans I respect deeply. Humans who show up early, stay late, suffer together, cheer loud, and choose discipline and community every single day.

To be seen by this group as someone who brings energy, heart, and consistency into the room is incredibly humbling. If you know me, you know training has never just been about the workout—it’s about the people, the music, the shared grit, the laughs between sets (mini podcasts), and the way fitness can anchor us through life.

Thank you, Bladium fam, for the vote, the trust, and the daily reminder of why I love this community so damn much. (Some extra holiday highlights in here).🫶

I’ll keep bringing the vibes, turning the music up, and celebrating the humans next to me (but will never be on (your) time😘).

Iron sharpens iron. Always. 💪🔥

🚨 The Oly Lift Off was a MASSIVE success! 🚨
Athletes showed up, threw down, and lifted weight, bigger energy, and even bigger community vibes 💪🔥
We saw clean lifts, and some seriously weighty competition — and yes, this lift off definitely stuck the landing! 🏋️‍♀️🛬

Huge thanks to everyone who competed, cheered, judged, and helped make this event unforgettable. If you missed it… don’t worry — another one is coming. And trust us, you’ll want front row seats (or a spot on the platform 😉).
