Today, we attended our annual NJASC October conference assembly held at TCNJ! We learned our new message for the 26-27 school year “NJ will Uplift” and got to listen to the guest speaker, Erin Pompa talk about how to overcome negative emotions and focus on the positive in our lives!! We had so much fun and cannot wait to do it again!!!

☀️SUMMER SPOTLIGHT☀️

Recently, members of our Executive Board attended the 71st annual New Jersey Student Council Association's Leadership Training Conference at TCNJ.

StuCo Vice President Liliya and Treasurer Grace attended as delegates, where they learned how to build and improve their leadership skills through numerous workshops and group activities. They also spent time networking and meeting with leaders from across the state and even some from Florida!

Our StuCo Secretary, Brenden, attended as well, but as a Junior Counselor. He attended the conference last year as a delegate and has to proud honor to now serve as a Junior Counselor, where he helps build future leaders. Brenden is the first student in our school's history to become a Junior Counselor!

We can't wait for this upcoming school year to start!

IT’S A PARTY AT LTC🎶🥳

Thank you to everybody who made this experience one worth remembering. From screaming on the dance floor, to our laundry room get togethers, this was a one of a kind experience that I’m gonna miss.

Some of our student council members had a great time learning leadership skills at this year’s 71st LTC. They supported current state office president and Holy Cross student Gabe Aydjian as he lead the conference with other state board members. All of the students and alumni of Holy Cross even joined in for a picture to commemorate this year’s LTC.🎉🎉

On Monday, June 1st, we were so excited to attend the annual NJASC Spring Conference at 6 Flags Great Adventure! As always, it was such a great experience to meet new student council members from schools all around NJ while enjoying a day at the park. We were so proud seeing the generous donation of $68,000 collected by the student councils to donate to the state charity Crisis Response Canines!

👀We may be different, but we are ALL human. 🫶🏽We share the same HUMAN EXPERIENCE.👉We feel love, hate, joy, and sadness, but at the end of the day we ALL just want to be heard, seen, and respected. ❤️ Be the change you wish to see. 💥@truthspeaks365 @thechristineconti @glassborohs @erinpspeaks @ted #growthmindset #youthempowerment #teenmentalhealth
