An unusual design and engineering challenge on our Southampton project involved the creation of a large motorized dining room table. The table can simply be lowered into the floor and safely stored when the room is used for other events. Two table surfaces are needed: one serving as the tabletop itself and a second layer below, to fill in the void formed by the rising tabletop. Fabrication materials include brushed bronze edging and a custom terrazzo blend matching the adjacent flooring.

Architecture: McGranaghan Architecture, DPC
Builder: Lettieri Construction
Table Fabrication: Capoferri Serramenti

Overhaul seasoooonnnnnn

The FD is shaping up! Finally finished up allll the wiring! This Friday I’ll be dropping the door speakers, rear speakers, amp, and CarPlay single din install/review video. This job wasn’t without its hurdles so it made for a super fun video I’m excited to drop.

Now that all the interior stuff is done all that’s left is doing an oil change/coolant flush and I’ll install all the new @bestdamnpowdercoating cerakoted goods for a video next week! The bay is going to look TRANSFORMED!

So far what’s completed with corresponding YouTube videos are:

• @jp3motorsports rear battery kit with front fuse post install
• straight midpipe swap for a full 4” still way exhaust (apparently only one in the states)
• vacuum lines and solenoids tested and fixed
• @jp3motorsports engine bay bracketry install
• IS FRS (4.10) diff install is also complete but need to go to @for_ward_performance for finishing touches.

Upcoming:
• Thramps amp install & wiring to @polkaudio 6.5” door speakers/tweeters (thanks @theoemplus_club ) as well as 6x8” rear speakers with @jp3motorsports bracketry and @poweracoustikelectronics Apple CarPlay single din headunit install/review. - Friday 2/14
• @pettit_racing Charge III IC install along with all the new cerakoted goods (intake manifold, throttle body, elbow, ic pipes, intake pipes, etc… see last photos for sneak peak) this will make for the “Bay Transformation” video🤘🏽- Friday 2/21
• IS 4.10 FRS diff review and driving video - Friday 2/28

More to come soon!

Last shoutout to @hows2kru for sending me all the components from home in NY and making sure I was setup with all right stuff to make for an easy install😎

The @mcmurtryautomotive Spéirling is an insane track weapon from the future! The crew got to spend a few days capturing this beast around @limerockpark for @millermotorcars and what a sight it was!
