I’M OFFICIALLY GOING BACK TO SCHOOL…

To teach boxing 🤯👊🏿

We’ve been discussing this for quite some time now, but it’s FINALLY happening. I’m looking to introduce boxing into schools across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

And somehow, it had to start with a secondary school. Full circle moment.

Boxing is one of the biggest reasons I am who I am today. It taught me discipline, confidence, resilience, most importantly, how to keep going when things get tough.

Now I get the opportunity to give young people some of those same lessons.

This isn’t just about teaching them how to box or become a boxer. It’s about helping them believe in themselves, build confidence, improve their behaviour, develop discipline and give them an outlet to express themselves.

I know the impact boxing can have because I’ve lived it. ONE SCHOOL AT A TIME.

Great 3 days summer camp @_5onit_

I was invited back to coach boxing at the 5onIt Hang Out Games, and it’s a reminder of why working with young people is so important.

Boxing in schools and youth spaces is about more than throwing punches. It teaches discipline, builds confidence and resilience, gives young people a positive outlet, supports their mental and physical wellbeing, keeps them focused and out of trouble, and teaches them to take the discipline they learn in boxing into everyday life.

Big respect to the 5onIt Foundation for creating spaces where young people can have fun, learn and be themselves.

We want to do a lot more with young people through NLB Boxing from now on. More sessions, more schools, more opportunities and, most importantly, more positive impact. 👊🏿

Big shoutout to the coaches who came down and helped me coach @successlanre @foreigner.p__

More of this please and thanks 🙌🏿
