It’s pretty crazy having a documentary made about your life.

But honestly, being this vulnerable doesn’t come easy.

From talking about my life in Congo, to boxing, building NLB, the highs, the lows and everything that happens behind the scenes that people don’t get to see, opening up about it all wasn’t always easy.

But I knew this documentary was bigger than me.

It was about the people, the impact, the sacrifices and everything it took to keep Nobody Left Behind alive. The good, the bad and the moments where things weren’t as easy as they might have looked from the outside.

I felt like these stories needed to be told. Not because I have everything figured out, but because there might be someone out there who needs to hear them.

This documentary was completely self funded by myself, Luke and Jaden. No big production company, no big budget. Just three people who believed this story needed to be told.

SECOND WIND. 1st November.

🎟️ Tickets go live TONIGHT at 8PM. Set your alarms. LET’S GET IT

Wealth & wholesome moments 🌿💚
✨
Sometimes we ask ourselves: what does wealth really mean?
✨
For me, it includes moments like this—time to breathe, challenge myself and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. 🌿
✨
As well as financial security, with room to enjoy the life I’m building. 💚
✨
Three reminders for your own journey:
🌱 Choose one small money step you can take this week.
🌱 Get clear on what you want your money to make room for.
🌱 Make time for something you enjoy within your budget.
✨
Does time for yourself feel like wealth? 👇🏾

🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 RUN NATION HALF MARATHON — 1:40:00 🔥🏃🏾‍♂️

21.1KM. 1 HOUR 40 MINUTES. 4TH PLACE. 🏆

Every kilometre was a battle between the body and the mind, but I stayed focused, trusted the training, and kept pushing until the finish line.

4th place — just outside the podium, but nowhere near finished. 💪🏾

This is more than a race. It’s proof that discipline, consistency, endurance and determination will always take you further.

The hunger is still there. The next race will be different. 🔥

People always ask me how I grew my fitness community… NLBBBBB @nlb.uk

Here’s a few things I’ve learnt along the way if you’re looking to start a community yourself

1. BE CONSISTENT

Everyone wants the big crowds(I do too) but it doesn’t happen overnight.

There will be days where 5 people turn up, days where 80 people turn up, and days where nobody shows up… luckily that’s never happened to us, we thank God but if it’s happened you then no problem, DO NOT STOP!!

You’ve just got to keep showing up and giving it your all regardless of the numbers. Nobody has it all figured out. You just CAN’T STOP.

2. COLLABORATE

Work with people who align with you and your vision.

You bring different communities, brands, companies…. The city together, introduce people to new experiences and learn from each other. The more you collaborate, the more you grow. We only get bigger when we work TOGETHER.

There’s a lot more I’ve learnt along the way and that will be on part 2 video.

STAY TUNED FOR PART 2 👀🌍
