Haley is a prime example of what happens when you are consistent for a long period of time. People don’t realize that building muscle tissue takes time. Longer than most people anticipate and that’s why most of you never make any progress. Every one wants quick fixes and their dream body in less than 6 months. I’m sorry but that just doesn’t happen. There is no substitute for hard work and consistency. Building muscle is not an easy process and it sure as hell doesn’t happen by accident.

Haley tracks her food, hits her macro goals, trains like an absolute animal, and takes her sleep seriously damn near every day.

That’s the level of consistency it takes to establish this amount of glute growth.. and the beautiful thing now is she has the habits down and the overall execution to keep making huge amounts of progress.

Very excited to see how far she takes this! Proud of you Haley !!

If you notice one thing about 95% of our testimonials it’s the fact that everyone feels like they’re doing things right… putting in the effort with very little to show for it in terms of results. The key is finally understanding what is holding you back from a physiological perspective.

Caitlin was stuck for a very very long time and then with the proper understanding of her physiology and fixing that she was finally able to see the light again.

We pride ourselves on taking on the most difficult of cases.

If you are absolutely sick and tired of not seeing results and feel like there is no hope… reach out to us.

We are your solution 🤝

At times it is the details especially for athletes. You see different but also carry yourselves differently. When it comes to sports… equipment is just one aspect; it is your drive and determination that makes you truly special. #sportsphotography #portraitphotography #atheltics #details

As Mikaela said she felt like she was doing everything right to get results.

Five to six days a week in the gym, tracking macros. Getting what she thought was decent sleep

And her body was still not losing weight.

She was off birth control for the first time in sixteen years with no period. Ulcerative colitis she was medicated for. Stressed constantly. Not feeling like herself in her own body.

If you’re also a nurse like her, you already know how this goes. You give everything you have to your patients, you go home and try to give what’s left to yourself, and somehow the effort never adds up to a result.

That’s because the internal environment became the issue.
When we actually looked at labs we found estrogen dominance, elevated cortisol, and a body that was chronically under fueled and under recovered.

Seven months later….

25 lbs down, labs improved, off her ulcerative colitis medication completely, a normal cycle with no symptoms, sleeping well, libido back, and feeling like herself again.

She said it best. She was doing a lot of work for no response from her body.

You don’t have to keep doing that.

If you are tired of working this hard for nothing, comment THRIVE and we’ll reach out to see if we can help.

And Mikaela - you are family to us now as well. Thank you for everything and allowing us to be apart of your journey ❤️

The cost of inaction is 1000% of the time way more expensive than investing into your goals.

High performance comes with a hidden cost: your body’s stress system.

In Episode 123, Kyle Baum breaks down adrenal fatigue — what happens when your adrenal glands pump out stress hormone for so long that they start to tap out. When cortisol is high for months or years, the system that once helped you perform begins to shut down, and you can’t produce enough to feel normal.

It’s the dark side of chronic grind culture: always on, always pushing, until your body can’t keep up.

Episode 123 of The Playbook with Colin Jonov — Kyle Baum is here to unpack adrenal fatigue and what high performers need to watch for. 🎙️

There’s a direct line between how stressed you are and how your gut feels.

In Episode 123, Kyle Baum breaks down why living in constant fight-or-flight doesn’t just fry your nervous system — it wrecks your digestion too. When you’re sympathetically driven, you’re not in “rest and digest”: stomach acid drops, motility slows, and nutrient absorption takes a hit.

Gut issues aren’t always random. Sometimes they’re a signal that your nervous system never gets to relax.

Episode 123 of The Playbook with Colin Jonov — Kyle Baum is here to connect gut health, stress, and performance in a way you can actually use. 🎙️
