First of all, Happy New Year and an introduction. For the past 40 years, I have used off-road vehicles professionally as a driver, trainer, and experience provider. The off-road vehicle has dominated my career and my social time. I’ve met thousands of people and travelled the world, and I continue to make a living out of following my passion. We have, for over 7 years, worked alongside INEOS Automotive in some capacity, assisting with content creation, vehicle launches, driving events and experiences, and showcasing this incredible vehicle to the world, and, in small part, driving sales. Our first collaboration was the “Cars with Scars” series of videos, which built anticipation ahead of a design brief and the start of our journey with the INEOS brand. Then followed the “Building the Grenadier” videos with Mark Evans, the opening scene shot at my home in Scotland, showcasing what this car was all about. In 2022, we were contracted to develop the routes and put together the drive team for the Global Media Drive by Sameuelson Wylie on behalf of INEOS Automotive. This was one of the most ambitious vehicle launches of its time and set the tone for all the events that followed. We have been their official drive team ever since. This is the story of that journey, the recce’s, the content creation, the Global Media Drive and the numerous events we deliver on behalf of INEOS Automotive. Chances are, if you’ve attended a test drive event, you’ve met the team. This is their story.
