💗 RUNNING FOR A REASON! 💗

What an incredible morning supporting the Karen Wellington Foundation Fun Run! 🏃‍♀️🎀

We are so thankful to be a part of this annual 5K supporting strong, incredible women going through breast cancer during some of the most difficult seasons of their lives.

And can we talk about this crew?! They finished a 5K and STILL showed up at the F45 tent to knock out push-ups and ball slams AFTER the run! 💪🔥 Now THAT is strength!

We are grateful for every opportunity to come together, move our bodies, support our community, and be part of something so much bigger than a workout. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, ran, cheered, pushed, and slammed with us!

Strong women. Strong community. Stronger together. 💗💪

Free Throw For Kids! Such an amazing cause and we were so thankful to be apart of this. This year they raised just under $200,000.00 for children’s hospital and Ronald McDonald house. Thank you to all the coaches and members who raised money for our F45 Ballers team! #f45community #ftfk

Last night was PHENOMENAL! Celebrating our challenge winners Angela, Natalie, Julie & Zeke, Chris, David - you all showed up, worked hard, and achieved your goals 💪 And we didn't forget to toast to our 3-year anniversary! Coach Brittany's surprise gesture with framed words of encouragement warmed our hearts. We're blessed with an amazing community where coaches and members support each other.
