Did you know I graduated from Florida State University in May of 2025 from the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences? ❤️💛 @fsuannescollege

I worked extra hard to achieve my double-majored Bachelor’s Degree in (1) Exercise Physiology and (2) Human Development and Family Sciences, also obtaining minors in chemistry and child development! ❤️‍🔥 @fsualumni

I studied under the pre-physical therapy track, and I even obtained an internship at the Florida State University Physical Therapy Clinic in the Health and Wellness Center. There, I learned lots of transferable skills on proper posture and alignment that I bring with me into my HIIT classes! ❤️ @crunchgym

Outside of Crunch, I currently work in a mental hospital, where I focus on rehabilitating psychotic patients into society and helping struggling youth find their place in this big world. I am excited to re-focus my scope on the Exercise Physiology aspect of my degree as I learn to teach more HIIT / group fitness classes, and I also started my Personal Training Certification through NASM to offer even more fitness services to my wonderful clients 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 #PersonalTraining

Thank you to everyone who has been on this journey with me so far, from my friends who helped get me through college to my amazing class participants! ❤️🫶🏻 And of course, thank you to @floridastateuniversity ❤️💛❤️💛 #FloridaStateUniversity #GarnetAndGold #FSUalumni #FloridaStateUniversityAlumni

P.S. Notice my grad picture at @riverroadcp 🫶🏻 I wasn’t kidding when I said they were my favorite place in the world! Their matcha is AMAZING for helping me study 😍❤️

Two weeks ago THE NOTHING CLUB had its first official screening at the Challenger Learning Center on one of the biggest screens in the city! While the project is still in need of a few tweaks being able to show an almost Final Cut in a theater full of friends, family, and peers was surreal. 🥺

Thank you to everyone who came out to the screening! We hope you enjoyed the world of Nothing Club as much as we do.

The final release will be later in the summer, stay tuned for an official date! We love all of the cast, crew, and community that came together to make this a possibility. Thank you for believing in our vision :)

A special thank you to @filmflorida for awarding @thewinningrecipefilm $1,000 from their “Florida Emerging Filmmakers Fund.”

@filmflorida is the chief marketing, professional development and networking organization for Florida’s Screen Production Industry. They exist to unite, inspire and innovate to build a more robust and retentive industry in Florida.

With the gracious support of Film Florida, @thewinningrecipefilm will continue to platform culinary entrepreneurs to provide insight for aspiring chef-owners across the southeast and beyond.

As a supplementary resource to the film itself, for which we are actively seeking distribution, we are building an educational YouTube channel with exclusive chef-owner interviews that you can find in our bio!

If you think you can help our mission, please send us a DM! Two chef-owners sitting at a table looking at each other. In the background are tables and lights that lead to a dining area.

We recorded our first music video, released two singles, submitted our second tiny desk, successfully crowdfunded our album, went on tour, moved to nashville, became a full band, and made so many friends along the way :’). Hoping 2026 is filled with as much art and love as this last year. We have so much coming up for you guys. MUAH <3

who cares.
let go.
write it, skim it twice, post it.
bite, scratch, scream.
who knows.
what if what you do doesn't matter to most people?
how can you have so much faith in yourself with nothing to show for it?
you're allowed to live.
because you're allowed to live.
shut up.
