First and foremost, I just want to thank @becausewomenlovebrunch for putting together such an amazing event! Women empowerment is so incredible and to see that over 100+ women were in one room supporting and uplifting one another literally warms my heart. To all the ladies I spoke with at my booth, thank you for allowing me to educate, laugh, cut and style you yesterday! This is just the beginning and I'm looking forward to more amazing things! Shoutout to my best friend for showcasing her work also. I don't even need to tell y'all how good her cakes are.. it speaks for itself! 💕#moregoodhairdays #womenempowerment #makesisterhoodgreatagain #dallashairstylist #dallaschef #bwlbrunch

YOU GUYS SAY HELLO TO THE NEXT #BKYDBBQ FAMILY MEMBER, @thecookwithcakes !! WE’RE SO EXCITED TO HAVE NOMI’S CAKES & KITCHEN AS ONE OF OUR FOOD VENDORS FOR THE EVENT! LEARN A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT HER:

Hometown: Enugu, Nigeria

Skill set: I work well under pressure especially during catering jobs because i do it all alone. My time management skills have definitely improved working for myself. I adapt well to any environment I’m thrown into in any occasion.

Latest/Current/Upcoming Project: Getting my masters and teaching

Nickname: Nomi, NomNom, Cheeks, barbiecheeks (lol), Nomz

Fun Fact About You: I really enjoy cooking and watching drug cartel shows.

What you bringing to the BBQ: I will be showcasing my desserts and some meals i think are pretty awesome and enjoy making. And i can’t wait to share with those who will be attending this BBQ. I don’t always get these type of opportunities to showcase myself like this but I’m so excited to do so and meet some new faces.

Sisterhood is about what you put into your relationships. It won't make sense to BUILD with EVERYONE, but when you do; build for sincere reasons in a genuine way. Sisterhood allows you to flourish and pushes you to be a better version of yourself. It's moving forward, but also reaching back. ✨👑
Shoutout to the dopest caterer @thecookwithcakes she started out as my friend's sister, then she became my go to baker for event cakes, and now she is a friend and business partner 🤗✨ It was amazing to see her grow continuously and have her cater Sisterhood Brunch + Day Party! 💕✨ Get you some friends you can do business with! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 #makesisterhoodgreatagain #becausewomenlovebrunch #linkuptolevelup
