Motherhood, but make it mindful. 🥹💜🧘‍♀️

Little hands, big feelings, tiny yogis, and memories we’re making one pose at a time. ✨ Mommy & Me Yoga isn’t about being perfect or sitting still. It’s about slowing down, connecting, moving our bodies, and giving our little ones the gift of our presence.

And maybe finding a few mom friends along the way. 🫶🏼🌸

No pressure. No judgment. Just movement, connection, laughter, and a little village for all of us.

📍 C&B Wellness Studio & Cafe | Haines City, FL
Sundays at 11am
(Next Sunday Oct 25th is our Halloween party!!) it’ll be so fun sign up now.
💕 Come as you are. Bring your little one. Find your community.

Christmas was a weekend full of laughter, love, noise and more food than I should have eaten. I would do it all over again ❤️ #chritmas2023

When they were young, I wanted a day with no kids. Now that they are adults, I look forward to the days we are all together. #mothersday2023 #thisisus #blessed

We are BLACK WOMEN!..... We have a VOICE ......We don’t tear down other BLACK WOMEN!..... We have felt the pain of NOT BEING HEARD and we have decided we will deliberate about building others! If I didn’t tag you, please don’t be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we women find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let’s do something positive!!🌟 Upload 1 picture of yourself.... ONLY you. Then tag as many sisters to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. 💛💛 COPY AND PASTE 💛💛If I tagged you, don’t disappoint me!!! #loveyall

Don’t be fooled by pictures... if you only knew the story, the struggles, the imperfect moments, the grace and forgiveness it takes. #perfectlyimperfect #mylittlefamily #loveis #theygivemelife #tothemoonandback #godsplan #itsthelittlethings #iamblessed
