It’s never just the treatment.

It’s the little things… the lighting, the warmth, the scent, the quiet moments, the details you might not even notice.

Everything is intentionally created to give you a little space to switch off, breathe and simply be.

Good at naps?
My napping game was already strong but apparently it can be stronger.

Ad| I mean, if you’re gonna nap you bet I’m making it as comfortable as possible.
Enter @pandalondon Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow plus Cloud Bamboo Duvet and honestly, bed just got very difficult to leave.

The Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow is medium-firm, supportive and moulds around you rather than leaving you fighting with your pillow all night while the Cloud Bamboo 4.5 tog Duvet is lightweight, breathable and moisture-wicking — basically made for those nights when you want to be cosy without waking up feeling like you’ve been wrapped in a duvet burrito.
Bamboo, vegan, anti-allergy and feather-free too.

Nap upgrade: unlocked 💤

P.S. Panda London are having a summer sale at the minute…just saying 👀 Go, go, go

Bad day to be a Yorkshire pudding.
Agenda today: solely Sunday lunch.
Louis first time eating out.
What could possibly go wrong?
That’s if I can drag myself outta bed…

This loft space in our Wandsworth project was such a fabulous space full of natural light and good bones.

We updated all finishes, added some additional storage, utilising a hidden window for a new vanity desk space and accentuated a walkway dressing area into the master en-suite.

I’m scheming some lovely bedrooms in the studio at the moment 🍃

I always start new projects with materials, getting samples out of their boxes, making a mess and trying new ideas out. It’s where I’m most creative and definitely where the best ideas emerge!

Before I have an idea on layouts, the physical materials that will be touched, used and lived in already have a place (just maybe not a specific location yet). This way, before I get into scale and the formulaic elements of the space, the creative elements have time to breathe. They change and evolve as the project progresses, but they’re rooted in that first messy bit and I think that’s important. Creativity isn’t clean or tidy; it needs space to be explored, handled and a little undone!

Also verified by the current state of the studio - if anyone knows some professional organisers who can come and help me sort it out… hit me up!

~ Noa 2026 ~

This may be the last @noa.uk I get for a while, sadly, as they are closing their website (for now!).
One final candle (I do have lots around the house to keep me going) and it smells lovely!

This was filmed on Saturday but I’m very unwell so haven’t posted it until now.

One of our favourite angles of the kitchen - the afternoon Winter sun lights the room perfectly. Still can’t quite believe this is ours 🧡

Now the painting is done, we’ve started to focus on styling it with:
- the knife block from @procookuk
- Summer’s favourite cook book ‘Comfy’ by @dontgobaconmyheart_
- wax melts and candles from @noa.uk
- the spoon rest from @masoncashuk
- the picture frame from @johnlewis

The kitchen itself is from @howdensjoinery and we couldn’t recommend them enough! Such beautiful quality.

Cosy Night Faves 🤍
Natural | Sustainable | Cruelty Free | Non-Toxic 🌿

Start your evening with a warm bath 🛁 however hot you love it, and a splash of Luxury Bath Foam @tropicskincare for instant calm.

Light your favourite scented candle @noa 🕯️ (candles and soy wax bars are now on sale) let the room soften and melt into the moment.

When you step out, moisturise straight away with Whipped Body Velvet @tropicskincare 🤎 to lock in hydration and soothe winter skin.

Massage in a few drops of Elixir facial oil @tropicskincare ✨, safe even around the eyes, for that nourished nighttime glow.

Then don’t forget your cuticle black to hydrate those nails, and soften the cuticles! @lucypastorellitools_

Slip into your sustainably sourced dressing gown @chelseapeersnyc 🤍, get cosy, and pour yourself something warm - cacao is good for the soul @fullpowercacao 🍫☕

Finish by spritzing your pillow with So Sleepy @tropicskincare 🌙💜 the perfect lavender lullaby.

All Tropic products featured can be purchased directly through me,
NOA candles are stocked in studio,
