Really enjoyed being part of @wonderlandconference in Austin. Got to catch up with old friends, meet some new ones, and spend time with people doing some fascinating work in psychedelic science, neuroscience, and human performance.

One of the highlights was joining @dave.asprey, @drdavidrabin, and Dr. Matt Johnson (@drug_researcher) for a conversation about the science of combining psychedelics with other compounds, what we know about their interactions, and where more research is needed to understand their effects and safety.

I also spent some time with @roxiva.innovations and @upperaeon. I've enjoyed both experiences before, and it was great seeing more people get the chance to try them firsthand.

And I got to catch up with my longtime friend @noaaonofficial and spend some time with the NeuroVIZR. We've known each other for years, so that was a fun reunion.

Some of my favorite moments at these events happen between sessions, when you get to reconnect, exchange ideas, and hear what people are working on.

Thanks to everyone who stopped to say hello, and to Dave, David, and the whole Wonderland team for bringing us together!

No psychedelic. No supplement. Just breath and nervous system work, and 100,000 people across 25+ countries have used it to get somewhere most people need a substance to reach.

Pavel Aeon founded Upper AEON and the Earth 2.0 movement. @pavel.aeon is speaking at Beyond Wonderland on activating human potential through nervous system coherence.

Sometimes the greatest upgrade is to unplug.

Pavel Aeon spent 60 days in complete darkness. While most focus on supplements, technology, and data, he removed it all: no phone, no clock, and no sunlight. He found stillness, silence, and solitude.

Our bodies carry extraordinary intelligence. Unhook. Regulate. Listen. Remember. He calls happiness, health and harmony the Triple H effect.

At The System Reset Experience, @pavelaeon shares what darkness taught him - He will also lead ghe System Reset 2.0 expdrience.

Pavel Aeon @noaaonofficial is joining us in the redwoods 🌲✨

Some people teach from a stage. Pavel teaches from stillness. The kind that’s hard to find when you’re running a company, a team, a life at full speed.

He’s the founder of Upper Aeon @upperaeon and the creator of System Reset™, a practice for stepping out of autopilot and back into yourself. He’s shared rooms with Richard Branson, Dave Asprey and Jim Kwik, from Davos to the Biohacking Conference. But what he really does is simpler than the résumé: he helps people slow down long enough to hear themselves again.

This October, he’ll bring System Reset™ to Camp Kaizen… one session, under the redwoods, with a small group of people who came to grow slow.

October 15–18 · Camp Navarro, Mendocino

What actually happens inside The Immersiv? ✨

This time, I sat down with Alexandra Borbolla from AEON to go beyond the experience and discover the different modalities behind it.

From light-based meditation and immersive sound, to red light therapy, therapeutic oils and sensory practices designed to support relaxation and a deeper connection with the body. 🧠✨

Alexandra walks us through the space and explains how these different tools come together to create an experience for the senses, the mind and the body.

What I love most is that wellness here isn’t just something you talk about — it’s something you experience.

From New York to Bali. 🌎✨

During The Immersive in NYC, I had the opportunity to sit down with Pavel Aeon, founder of @upperaeon, and talk about his vision behind creating experiences designed to reset the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

What started as a conversation about his journey through Asia is now unfolding in Bali. 🇮🇩

On September 13, AEON brings the System Reset Experience to Bali — combining meditation, breathwork, movement, conscious dance and immersive wellness experiences designed to reconnect you with yourself.

I love seeing how wellness continues to evolve beyond the traditional — becoming an experience, a community and a way to connect. ✨

🎥 An exclusive conversation with Pavel Aeon for Health is Wealth Magazine.

Next stop: Bali. 🌴✨

IMMERSIVE SOUND JOURNEY 🎧

What happens when Techno meets Guzheng?

Invited by @amani.biohack , I joined Pavel Aeon @noaaonofficial and fellow musicians for a different kind of sound healing experience—combining a curated DJ set, guided voice, Guzheng and live instruments, delivered directly through headphones.

A space to breathe, look within and release—no alcohol, just sound, rhythm and presence.

maybe you’re not lazy…
maybe you’re exhausted from being switched on all the time.

from carrying too much.
from constantly performing.
from trying to be productive, efficient and disciplined when what you really need is a moment to come back to yourself.
you don’t need another thing to optimize.
you need a reset.

system reset is a space to step out of go-mode, reconnect with your body and energy, and experience what it feels like to be fully present again.

come as you are.

leave feeling lighter, clearer and a little more like yourself. ✨
want to experience it?

drop EVENT and we’ll send you the details for our next system reset.

The higher you perform, the more important it becomes to know how to reset.

The people who come to System Reset are often the people who are used to operating at full capacity.

Founders.
CEOs.
Athletes.
Leaders.
High performers.

People who are very good at going.

But performance isn’t just about how much stress you can handle.

Your brain and body are not designed to stay in a state of high demand indefinitely.

Research shows that acute stress can impair cognitive functions like working memory and cognitive flexibility, while recovery and well-designed breaks can help reduce fatigue and support wellbeing. (This is where system reset comes in).

The answer isn’t to eliminate stress.

It’s to become better at moving between activation and recovery.

That’s what System Reset is designed to create:

A space to step out of constant stimulation.

Move.

Breathe.

Challenge yourself.

Recover.

Connect.

And return inward.

Because sometimes the next level of performance doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes from knowing when to reset.

Over 100,000 people have experienced our work, and we’ve seen again and again what can happen when people give themselves permission to pause, reconnect and experience something different.

System Reset can also be brought directly to your team.

We create immersive experiences for companies, leadership teams, conferences and corporate events designed to get people out of their heads, into their bodies, and back into connection.

If you’re a leader looking to reset your team drop “RESET” to bring System Reset to your company@or event.

Four years in, System Reset has taken on new dimensions - bringing together a wider community, new practices and more shared experiences across ĀMANÏ.

At its heart, System Reset was brought to life by @pavel.aeon, alongside our local musicians, artists and sound healers - each distinct in their discipline, perspective and presence.

Breath, movement, sound and stillness came together as different expressions of the reset.

This year sonic’s landscape unfolded through live 528Hz music, Guzheng, crystal singing bowls and live percussion, supported by @k_array_my.

Through guided breathwork, rhythm and frequency to influence our nervous system.

Shifting breathe and awareness towards deeper regulation.

For leaders, founders high performers accustomed to operating pace, the ability to shift state is a form of performance itself.

System Reset is ĀMANÏ‘s annual experience of that capacity - to reset, recalibrate and return stronger.

The reset may be personal, but the experience is shared.

To everyone who came through our doors and shared experience.

Thank you for being part of System Reset 2026.

Until the next reset!
