Man….where do I begin. As a coach, sometimes you get groups that make you realize why you do this coaching thing. That was this group for me. They showed up day one and refused to be anything less than great. I would have to kick them out of the gym most days because if I wouldn’t, they would be there playing ones or getting shots up for hours. All of that resulted in a 18-5 overall record and most importantly… 12-0 IN THE GEL!!!!! I appreciate this group more than they will ever know
To my Dawg, my brudder, my doggy bone, @coach.whitty . You already know what time it is with me, but I just want make sure the public knows that you just as cold with this basketball coaching as you are with the football team. This team couldn’t have accomplished what we accomplished with out you there with me. A lot of people say they want to help coach when I get to the top, or when I have a good team, but you are the only one that was willing to go through the trenches with me after Jose passed, and im forever grateful frfr.
