Before and after the day of the wedding we met at the beach for fun and fellowship.

I loved watching Noah & Julia play spike ball with their friends, and many people even braved the cold ocean!

We recently went to a friend’s wedding where they planned a get together before and after the wedding day, and it helped us really connect to the couple and the family since the wedding day is so full.

I was so glad we got to do this too. It was casual, cost nothing, and provided a space for deeper connections.

I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding 🤍

The Rehearsal 🤍

We were honored to host the Rehearsal Luncheon in Carmel for Noah & Julia’s wedding.

It was special to gather both families and the wedding party for food, fellowship and fun.

Many family members and friends gave speeches to warm the heart (and offer some serious laughter too)!

I shared a prayer that I wrote in Noah’s baby book so long ago, which highlighted my hope for him to find a bride who loves Jesus and has a great model for family and marriage in her home.

Praise God for these specific answered prayers!🙌🏻

The rehearsal walk through at the venue beforehand was both fun and surreal. 🤍

God gave me an idea to host a “Blessing” for Noah and his fiance, Julia.

It was truly one of the most special experiences of my life.

They were surrounded by people who have played a role in their spiritual formation who gathered to bless them and pray over this next chapter of their lives together.

In addition to prayer, some people shared words of wisdom, scripture and even visions for the future. Many left hand written prayers, blessings and even date night ideas.

It was above and beyond what I could have asked or imagined.

I’m so grateful to God for how He showed up and blessed Noah and Julia, but also each person who was there.

I’ve been praying for Noah’s future wife for his entire life. And now she’s here. It’s surreal and so so good.

God bless you, Noah and Julia. Here’s to a lifetime of love. 🙏🏻

One of our favorite traditions is gingerbread making with the whole family (including our new puppy cousin🫶🏻).

Lots of creativity, laughter and fun on Christmas Eve. ❤️
