Do your shoulders feel weak, unstable or just not quite right?😩

You might be doing all the little band or cable shoulder exercises, but are you actually fixing a problem? 🤔

Watch as we make progressive changes throughout the movement until the perfect rep is achieved. 🙌

Internal rotations, external rotations and band work are valuable for warming up, developing awareness and strengthening the smaller muscles around the shoulder.
But shoulder stability also needs to be trained under load.
The chest-supported scapular row allows us to focus on scapular movement and progressively strengthen the muscles responsible for controlling it. 🤌🔥

We also use this as a pre-fatigue before moving into a seated row, getting those muscles working first before loading the larger rowing movement.

Because the goal isn’t just to move well.
We want to build strength, build size, look good and feel good.
Train the small movements.
Then load the big ones.🤝💪
