Common themes

✅ Lifted ankle, farther angle, arms set pace for legs
✅ Your posture follows your head (do not look up out of start)
✅ Ground in your freinds (project forward and get your foot down as fast as you can)
✅ Position is power - your body’s position from the front shin angle will determine how far you project forward
I.e. Tipple extension- backside extension that makes your ankle, hip and shoulder line up!
✅Same pattern in steps

Sprint is an effort. It is 100 percent effort, if it’s not 100 percent, it is not a sprint, but not being at 100 does not mean slow. Point is if you undertrain your tempo, you will compete at an undertrained tempo.
