There are moments in life that remind you you’re still very much alive.

Yesterday was one of those moments.

I got to ride an actual Olympic bobsled at 72 mph, pull over 4 Gs, fly down the Olympic ski jump tubing hill (which was somehow even crazier), race the alpine slide, and hit the zip lines.

I laughed until my face hurt.

A huge thank you to Doug Park, Baden, and Noah for giving my family an experience we’ll never forget. Your generosity created memories that will last a lifetime.

I’m also grateful for Sharla and Sawyer. Some of the greatest adventures aren’t about where you go. They’re about who gets to experience them with you.

Life has taught me that tomorrow isn’t promised, but today is. So when an opportunity comes along to do something unforgettable…

Buckle up.

Say yes.

Hold on tight.

Stand. Endure. Advance.

I have been pretty quiet on social media over the last few years. So life update. In an unexpected twist of events I have accepted a full-time coaching role with the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation. I get to coach an awesome group of athletes and I am so proud of the work that these individuals have put in this year. I will be moving to Charlotte NC, and I have returned to school for my second masters degree at LSU and have to say things like #geauxtigers which is new to me. #usabs #lsutigers #teamusa #olympian #coach
