another crazy week four pause bench. Very happy with the leg drive and rpe 10 execution compared to my last week 4. I pushed with everything I had under that bar. Glory to god, have a blessed Sunday!

Week 4: Primary Bench

BW - 68kgs

Video recap -
Made 320 look easy, took 325 twice and failed it the first time. I completely lost my brace and leg drive after unracking. I felt like the strength was there so went for it again, had some light form breakdown but I expected it pushing 100% of my max. Very happy with the progress

Red Brick Rumble IV Recap

Deadlift - 585x1 🥇 (50lb conventional PR & 32lbs under ATPR)

Log C&P - 5 Reps in 60s @ 165lbs 🥉

Yoke Carry (40yds total) - 435lbs in 19.2s 🥈

Sandbag Load Race (150/150/175) - 21.12s 🥈

Dinne Hold - 733lbs hold for 6.2s 🥇

Got 2nd place but I'm not too mad with my performance overall. I can safely say I prepped for this competition near flawlessly and still came up a little short. Can't ask for much more than that🤷🏽‍♂️

Nice little introduction to strongman, no idea if I'll ever do another show but we'll see

Week 4 - moved way harder than I would’ve like but happy that I was even able to move it and get under the bar. Hard more than the weight that was on my shoulders today. Truly a win for me mentally. Battling through an injury on the way to my final meet was taking its toll but today I saw a glimpse of who I can become

Week 4: honestly not mad just happy that I’m even able to bench without much if any pain. Finished out the block with 319 and in one piece.

Week 2 : after a successful weekend of the club competing, we hit 523 by far the smoothest I’ve hit this even tho it was a little sticky at the top but proud of my entire club. What a privilege and honor it’s been serving them as president. Signed up for CNATS and that’s the final lap. After seeing my team cook, it’s my turn. I promise you, the last thing I’m doing is training to lose.
