A Clinical Homeopathic Masterclass: Exploring Challenging Cases

Today, we had the privilege of participating in an enriching homeopathic masterclass lasting over three hours, bringing together senior homeopaths from Israel — Guy Tydor, Ronen Levy, Michal Yakir, Michal Yehushua, and Yael Galor — alongside Dr. Ajit Kulkarni and Dr. Nikhil Kulkarni from India.

The session offered a valuable platform to exchange clinical experiences, examine challenging cases and discuss different perspectives on cases where progress had reached a standstill.

✨ Three cases formed the focus of our discussion:

🔹 Case 1: ADHD and Behavioural Challenges
An exploration of the patient’s behavioural presentation, possible remedy considerations, and the importance of carefully assessing the response to any proposed intervention.

🔹 Case 2: Ligament Injury
A discussion of the patient’s symptoms, aggravating factors, and different approaches to understanding the case, with particular attention to the reported aggravation from walking.

🔹 Case 3: Anxiety and Psychosomatic Complaints
An exchange of perspectives on the patient’s complex presentation, emotional experiences, physical complaints, and possible homeopathic interpretations.

🌟 A key reflection from the masterclass:

“The reality of the patient is more important than the prescriber’s perception.”

This principle reminds us to remain attentive to the patient’s actual experiences, symptoms, individual circumstances, and clinical findings rather than allowing our own interpretations to dominate the case analysis.
The real strength of this masterclass was the collective wisdom in the room. Different perspectives encouraged critical thinking, open-minded discussion, and continued professional learning.

Clinical safety note: These discussions reflect educational case analysis, not established evidence of treatment efficacy or individual medical advice. #homeopathy #israel #viralpost #drajitkulkarni #masterclass

🕯️ October 7, 2023…A day the world must never forget. 🇮🇱

Standing in Dizengoff Square, Tel Aviv, remembering the innocent lives brutally taken on that tragic day. Behind every life lost was a family, a dream, and a story.

Remember the victims. Stand for humanity. Never forget. 🕊️

Day 3 — Homeopathic Seminar on “Suppression” by Dr. Ajit Kulkarni 🇮🇱
The final day of our 3-day seminar in Israel was truly enlightening and inspiring. 🌿

The day began with a live case of Thyrotoxicosis, taken before 85 participants. Dr. Ajit Kulkarni demonstrated the art of case-taking, interview skills, and communication techniques, showing how precise observation and sensitivity shape the healing process. The case was followed by a rich interactive discussion, where participants shared their insights, and each point was refined with clarity and depth.

Further sessions explored short and long cases where suppression was the key factor, introducing new rubrics, remedies to counteract allopathic drugs and tautopathic approaches to antidote side effects — expanding the horizon of applied homeopathy.

It was a packed and profound learning experience, offering new dimensions for every student and practitioner to deepen their understanding of homeopathy in action.

I, Dr. Nikhil Kulkarni, was grateful to contribute and be a part of this remarkable seminar, which blended science, philosophy, and human connection. 🙏✨

Special thanks to Guy Tydor, Ronen Levy, Noa Saguy, and the entire team of Remedy College of Homeopathy for their warmth, efforts, and perfect organization.

Israel…you’ve given us memories, learning and friendships to cherish forever. 🇮🇱❤️

Day 2 — Homeopathic Seminar on “Suppression” by Dr. Ajit Kulkarni 🇮🇱
Day 2 of our 3-day seminar in Israel continued with thought-provoking insights and engaging discussions. 🌿

The day began with fascinating clinical cases illustrating different sources of suppression — cultural, environmental, mental, emotional, dietary, iatrogenic and those caused by antibiotics, steroids and immuno-suppressive agents.

Dr. Ajit Kulkarni beautifully elaborated on these suppressive factors, explaining their physiology, clinico-pathology, monogram, mechanism of action and miasmalogy, emphasizing the central theme of blocking and altering.

An interactive group discussion made the session lively and insightful.

I, Dr. Nikhil Kulkarni, was privileged to contribute to the preparation and be a part of this enriching seminar — an inspiring journey of learning and sharing in the heart of Israel. 🙏✨

Tel Aviv continues to feel like home. 🇮🇱❤️

Day 1 — Homeopathic Seminar on “Suppression” 🇮🇱
Day 1 of our 3-day seminar in Israel began with deep insights into the often misunderstood concept of suppression. 🌿

The session opened with a fascinating case of measles, where the delayed rash due to low susceptibility shifted the impact to the nervous system, leading to convulsions and high fever. The case was explored in depth through the evolution of the clinical state, repertory rubrics and remedy selection.

The second session unfolded the philosophical and clinical dimensions of suppression…from its definition and types to its practical implications in daily practice, illustrated through real cases and lively discussions.

Privileged to contribute and be part of this enriching journey…learning, sharing and growing with the living spirit of Homeopathy. 🙏✨

Tel Aviv feels like home. 🇮🇱❤️
