Picture this. You wake up at Noble River Estate, river right outside, no rush anywhere. By midday, you're already paddling the Murray 🛶.

Day two, you're deep in Lane Poole Reserve on foot. That night, a private dinner you won't find on any menu, marron and native produce, at a table you can't just book yourself.

Day three, you're riding the Munda Biddi Trail as the forest opens up, finishing by the water 🚵. Sauna in the afternoon, a quiet night in Pinjarra to close it out.

Then it's over, and normal weekends just won't cut it anymore.

This is Trilogy of Trails. Hike. Paddle. Ride. Stay awhile.

Only 16 spots per trip.

From $2,195pp twin share. Link in bio to book 🌿.

Slow Emergence 🌸

A weekend of slowing down, turning inward and noticing the first quiet signs of spring.

We moved.
We rested.
We wandered through the forest,
we were nourished.

So much restorative laughter, connection, and space for all that is ready to emerge in each of us.

There was something very special about this mix of extraordinary people who gathered amongst the trees at the idyllic retreat location @nobleriverestate 🌳💖

To everyone who trusted us with your weekend, our heartfelt love & gratitude.
@sunny.peach.kitchen thank you for all the thought, effort and heart you put into nourishing us.

@_kathrynhood_ and @laurakolagow 💖💖
I am so grateful for your friendship, your kindness, your ability to make collaboration so effortless and seamless and dreamy. 🙌🏼

This weekend was a beautiful reminder that nothing in nature rushes its becoming.

Slowly, softly, we emerge. 🌱
So hum 🙏🏼

Stay tuned for the next retreat we offer together! 💆🏻‍♀️❤️

Cold dips, hot sips & cleansing energy in nature. 🌿🔥💦

The Slow Emergence Retreat at Noble River Estate, Dwellingup has been so much fun.

Today we chose to shift our state — with a cold plunge into the beautiful waters of Lane Poole.

We shrieked.
We laughed.
We danced.
We got very, very cold. 😂

Then back to the estate to thaw out in a beautiful hot sauna. 🔥

There’s something pretty special about stepping out of your comfort zone in nature — especially when you’re surrounded by people willing to laugh, play and jump in with you.

Cold water. Hot sauna. Fresh air. Beautiful people.
Quality time and a whole lot of aliveness.

As our Yogi @KathrynHood quoted at practice this morning…

“The green fuse has been lit!”

Final thoughts and reflections from Winter Soul Search, which we held again at Noble River Estate in Dwellingup, WA.

Over these days, we moved through the tree tops, leaned into personal reflection and focused on the power of mindset. We gave space to set intentions, connect deeply through our breath embrace the cold, along with incredible, nourishing food.

We also created space to focus on how we respond to mistakes and setbacks, learning to use them as launch pads for true growth, resilience and redemption.

We closed off yesterday with morning QiGong, Pranayama breathwork and meditation, followed by a nature experience kayaking on the river on a beautiful Sunday morning.

Thank you again to the fellas who came along and who made the event one to remember.

See you at the next one. We will be running our next event in NSW in late 2026 or early 2027.

Send a DM to join the waitlist.

It's a balancing act ⚖️ mixing school holidays and spending some time with the kids, and getting the galleries finished.
