The Art of the Tuna ‘Ronqueo’ with Nobu Master @chefhervecourtot , Executive Chef @elenimanousou_nobumarbella and Chef @danigarcia7

Last week guests witnessed the ancient art of the ‘Ronqueo’ an extraordinary culinary experience, fusing Mediterranean and Japanese culture, which celebrated the start of the Andalucia bluefin #tunaseason .

During the event Nobu Master Chef Hervé Courtot joined Marbella’s international award-winning Chef Dani Garcia to show-cook the freshly filleted tuna, creating spectacular dishes.
