It’s not always about the perfect reps and sets..

Sometimes it’s just about having fun!

Back in the day, speed and agility wasn’t a “thing” because kids did it without even knowing.

With sitting in class all day, recess being taken down to 10 minutes/day, and video games/tablets, this is now why agility classes have become popular.

It stinks that it’s come to this, but if you want your child to be successful not only in sports, but in every other aspect of their life (relationships, job opportunities, health) we have to teach our kids to play again.

It’s our job as parents.

💚
