POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is my birthday and all I want is for you to listen to season 2 of @minddreamtheater which starts on July 4 - and to come to our release party at @brick.aux on July 10 which is free.

We have an amazing season that has been a year in the making with extremely beautiful writing by @kennethbestopped @nniiccoollaass @alyssahaddad @caridadsvich @baholbrook @leonbellstein and I also have an episode!

All the episodes are around the theme of America 250. Fun fact did you know Independence Day was supposed to be today aka my bday? It’s also the day Independence Day the movie begins and I wish Bill Pullman was our president. Ok love u byeeeee.

rang in 2026 with the besties, 2025 was one of “those years” where everything was really bad and really great, a year of opening doors both around me and within myself. a year of recovery and loving myself. looking forward to taking that energy into the rest of my life. thanks @nocouches and @zeynakca for being so great and playing a significant role in why im ready to tackle 2026 from, perhaps, the best mental place ive ever been. love y’all 🥲💕💕

2024, but honestly I’m still missing a lot of photo/video.

You never know how a year is going to go. This one was no exception. In the end, there were lots of ups, lots of downs, lots of lessons learned. My most important takeaways:

1) I really understand now what it means to say “It comes to pass”—nothing is permanent. There is freedom in that, but cultivate what you want to keep around.
2) If you need space to gain perspective, take it. Letting go will always be hard and will always hurt even if it’s the right thing to do.
3) The more honest you are with yourself, the more people will act honestly toward you—this goes for the positive, the negative, and everything in between.

Happy 2025, fight like hell ✊🏼

All this while I keep editing the thing I made yesterday (thanks if you caught it and reached out/reacted!).

Image descriptions will be in the comments shortly, because I forget what order I put some of these in 🙃
