Ironman 70.3 North Carolina…

I went into this race wanting to PR even though I still didn’t train as hard. I was relying on it being an easy course in easy conditions. That was not the case.

It was a cold, rainy, and windy battle every mile.

But, this race showed me that I am capable of so much more… is a full Ironman in the books?? @leyton.frederick @micahperrault

If you haven’t heard, I did my first Ironman 70.3… and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. With over 20% of people not being able to finish because it was so cold, this was one of the worst weather conditions imaginable. I’m super proud of @grayson_rowe and @paul.carini for doing this with me and I’m very grateful to have had so many people come support me.

Don’t forget to stretch your calves 😎 and follow my tiktok page @ IronmanFred

The most perfect day… we missed Braydon so much, but thankfully we were able to have him on FaceTime. He even ordered flowers that were waiting in the bridal room when Olivia walked in.😍

Olivia — I’m so happy for you and Javon. You were the most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen. I love you.🤍

We had an unplugged ceremony, I can’t wait to see the professional photos from the ceremony. 💍✨
