Find Noemi’s Dumplings every Saturday at the Sustainable Market and bring home an authentic taste of China!

Noemi learned the art of dumpling making at her mother’s side, a tradition she now brings to Nantucket through every batch she makes by hand. Her signature pork and leek dumplings, inspired by the flavors of her hometown, have become a local favorite, alongside other varieties paired with her house-made dipping sauces.
