A fall weekend to remember 🍂

Our 2026 Fall Festival was one for the books! We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, supported our vendors, enjoyed the activities and helped make this weekend such a success.

A huge thank you to our sponsors, vendors, food trucks, volunteers and everyone else who helped make this weekend possible!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at The 44. We’re so thankful for this community and can’t wait to do it all again next year 🧡

@nohavaranch @bryannohava thank you so much for all you do! I’m very proud to say that I am an official athlete of the Nohava Ranch food and sports nutrition program. I’ve been working with Nohava Ranch for about a year and a half now and the results are very clear. If you want to be a big freaky monster in the gym or just plain old, feel better having everyday meals go ahead and hit up @nohavaranch for all your protein needs! There are a family owned business that does it the right way the way that I trust. Thank you so very much and I look forward to having a very extended relationship with you guys. #ranch #beef #health #lifestyle #bodybuilding

Why take wedding photos anywhere else when you can take them in your cow pasture?

Make photos feel like YOU, do something that makes sense and creates photos you LOVE.

Huge shoutout to @nohavaranch , @bryannohava , @lexijordheimnohava for their hospitality and showing me around their beautiful property!

I blame @leanin_coaching and @nohavaranch 😂 Meal prep has been simplified and I’m loving this ground beef that I use in tacos and bowls. #mealprep #davidsfavoritethings #wellnessjourney #weighlossjourney

This is one of my favorite high protein, low calorie, minimal prep meals of all time ⬇️

This took me about 10 minutes to prep and made 3 LARGE servings to have throughout the week.

Perfect for hitting your protein goals and keeping calories under control without sacrificing flavor!

Directions:

-Place chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
-Add 1 bag of baby carrots on top of/around the roast.
-Add 3 lbs diced potatoes and 1 diced onion on top.
-Mix 1 seasoning packet in to 3 cups of bone broth and pour on top of everything.
-Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours (preferred for tenderness) or HIGH for 4–6 hours.
-About 30 minutes before serving, taste the broth and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.) if needed.
-Once done, remove the roast, shred or slice, and serve with the veggies and broth.

👉 Optional: If you want a thicker gravy, remove some of the broth at the end, whisk in 1–2 tbsp cornstarch, then stir it back into the pot and let cook for 10–15 minutes.

Shout out to @nohavaranch for the best chuck roast that’s ever touched my crock pot 🤝

Now that summer is over, you’re gonna want to make this ASAP. Save this post and share it with someone you’re making it with this week!

As always,
