Had a couple of the original EG pitching guys drop in this week to get a little tune up. Exciting times with off season training firing up next week! #egpitching

College and Professional Pitchers🔥

Your training involves getting pushed📈

If you are a high level thrower, you clearly found a way to get to that status🫡

However, as you evolve as an athlete and person, you are eventually evolving as a thrower therefore this is where the constraint lead approach comes from🤔

There is a golden rule in the baseball world, if you have a 100mph thrower don’t touch him🤙🏼

To a certain level, I agree but at the same time you definitely need to make his training environment as challenging as possible while also making sure he properly manages that workload 📈

You are either growing or dying, lets choose to grow☝🏻

Stop the guesswork, DM Fuzz and let’s get to work🦾

Are you a pitcher that is stuck, reached a plateau and trying every drill on instagram to see if that pushes you to the next level🤔

Stop and read this,

There is no such thing as perfect mechanics but there is such thing as the best mechanics for you. Yes there are mechanical factors such as Pelvis and Torso separation, scap retraction at footprint, and overall layback in the arm action 🤙🏼

If you spend all your time chasing that perfect arm action, or ideal scap retraction , you are eventually going to put yourself behind rather than ahead. What you need is guidance and structure🙌🏼

FYI all these guys throw 93+🔥

DM me FUZZ and I will get you that🦾

The old saying goes “practice like you play” and for pitchers it is no different despite what people may say or think.

Me personally, I love having a hitter in the box for every bullpen, but I have never tried it for a pregame pen for a starter until one of my pitchers @nolanfeidt (guy in video) wanted one before a start. Nolan is a D1 arm but his edge is practicing like he plays.

The benefits behind this approach is
✅Conviction with every pitch
✅Command training
✅Strategy with LHH and RHH

Would not hurt to try in my opinion because at the end of the day, the arm will face a hitter in the box and he has to perform, so why not make the pen harder than the game🤙🏼
