Last Saturday “…was a movieeeee” 🎥 🎬

So much gratitude for all the friends and family that took time out of their weekend to support me in this endless creative journey.

Thank you, @growingtobekiani for the opportunity to play an integral person in your story as Kevin.

If you haven’t already, follow @manilasunsetfilm for more updates on the project and possible ways to see it in the future 😉🫶🏼🌅

Lastly, Happy Alzheimer’s awareness month to all families affected by this unfortunate disease. I hope everyone that watched this film felt less alone after that night. 💜💜💜

POV: you make your first film 🥹

If you’d like to see it, DM me for tickets to the premiere on 6/13 🎥🍿

I’ve been working on this project for about 2.5 years now and it’s surreal that we’re finally here.

Indie filmmaking is not for the faint of heart, and I couldn’t have done it without all of the support I received in making this dream a reality. God’s hands have been in this one since the beginning 🙏🏽

BIG shout out to @duran_ross @brandanmccalla @bradlax06 @nolanmcwhorter for being huge forces in getting this thing to the finish line. You all are incredibly talented, intelligent, and hard working creatives 👏🏽

The entire cast & crew were gems throughout everything. You guys deserve an applause 👏🏽

To those who have donated through indiegogo - you are the realest. I was blown away that anyone even donated, so it means a lot!!

And to all the friends and family that have been so supportive throughout this process, I love you all and cannot wait to celebrate with you at the premiere 🥳🍾

Daylight Savings is on YouTube! See @gloomroomfilms link in bio to watch…

…After over 2 years of planning, filming, editing, and doing the film festival circuit, the work for this project has come to an end. We absolutely loved seeing our film on the big screen at the @omahafilmfest, where we had the privilege of winning Honorable Mention for Best Nebraska Short Narrative. We were also very honored to be chosen as a semi-finalist at the @veneziashorts and be an official selection at the @flatwaterfilmfestival.

To the cast and crew, thank you so much for getting up at 2am with us to film that cold December morning in 2023. This project means so much to me and @jallen_wieczorek , and we hope that it means a lot to you too.

To the next big project!
