Sprinters don’t just run in a straight line—they manage rotation with every single stride.

In events like the 400m, high-velocity arm drive and pelvic drive create massive rotational forces. If your trunk can’t control and transfer that torque, energy leaks everywhere.

Movements like this aren't about wild twisting; they’re about building rotational power, dynamic trunk stiffness, and elastic recoil through the fascial slings so you stay efficient when fatigue hits the back stretch. Check out @txstatexctrack 400m monster @nolanwaida1 demonstrate the DB Torso Rotation as a piece of today's Dynamic Effort.

Stop leaking power. Build a stiffer, stronger core..and haul a$$! ⚡
