Get low. Keep your eyes up. Control the ball when the pressure comes. Condition & put in the WORK CONSISTENTLY! 🦾🦾

We’re pushing each other and paying attention to the little things. Lose the handle? Get it back and go again. That’s how we get better.

Pre-work. Work. Rework. We Work!

Welcome to The Workhouse. 🦾

BIG GUARD ENERGY 😤

Queens, NY ➡️ New Hampshire. Devon Williamson from Busche Academy is getting after it at The Workhouse!

Tightening up his handle, building his conditioning, and putting in work alongside other hungry players. Pushing each other, competing through fatigue, and getting better rep by rep.

Love seeing Devon work hard and take on the challenge. Looking forward to a BIG season from this young man! 🦾

Welcome to The Workhouse.

Athletic potential alone is not enough. College programs evaluate athletes who demonstrate physical readiness, discipline, consistency, coachability, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Our sports-performance training is structured to develop the complete athlete through:

• Strength and power development
• Speed, agility, and movement efficiency
• Mobility, stability, and injury resilience
• Sport-specific conditioning
• Confidence, discipline, and accountability

Every session is designed with purpose—to improve athletic performance and prepare athletes for the physical expectations of high school and collegiate competition.

Parents: Early, consistent development gives your athlete the strongest opportunity to progress safely and compete confidently.

Athletes: If playing at the next level is your objective, your daily preparation must align with it.

GREAT DAY TO WORK EVERYONE ‼️‼️

DM “COLLEGE READY” for program information and athlete evaluations.

Athletes need more than strong legs. They need the ability to load, explode, stabilize, and transfer power when the game demands it.

Today’s focus: Plyometrics + Front Foot Elevated Strength Work.

Front Foot Elevated movements help athletes train through a greater range of motion while challenging the quads, glutes, hips, ankles, and single-leg stability. Pair that with plyometrics and now we’re developing the ability to turn that strength into speed and explosive power.

🔥 THE ATHLETIC BENEFITS:
• Increased lower-body strength
• Improved hip & ankle mobility
• Better single-leg stability and control
• Greater force production
• More explosive jumping & acceleration
• Stronger deceleration and change of direction
• Improved athletic movement under load

Strength builds the foundation. Plyometrics teach you how to USE it.

We’re not training legs just to feel the burn — we’re training them to perform.

Serious athletes looking to improve their strength, speed, explosiveness, mobility, and overall performance — it’s time to work.

📲 DM “LEG DAY” to lock in your training session.

BASKETBALL CORE & AGILITY

Core tight. Feet quick. Mind locked in.

We’re not just training for highlights — we’re building control, balance, and reaction that shows up when the game speeds up.

Explosive first step. Strong base. Elite change of direction.

If your core isn’t solid, your game isn’t either.
