In all seriousness, I am so blessed to have the opportunity to take this doe. I worked my butt off the past two years and just haven’t been able to get it done. I felt sick not getting anything last year. And I knew I couldn’t let that happen this year. I have always wanted to bow hunt since I was 3 years old, elk hunting with my dad for the first time that I could remember. Since then I spent nearly everyday day dreaming in class about the day I’d be able to hunt to with a bow. That day came and I get it. So blessed to be able to take this doe and put meat in the freezer.

It’s a Grimm Reaper thing ….. Watched 1 Elk drop and a little warm water and and just a touch on the stone and I’m going for another, same Broad head same arrow didn’t even use the re-build kit…. P.S -An Elk in the woods started trembling

It’s bitter sweet leaving having my last Colorado archery tournament. On one hand it marks the end of the story for me here not only in Colorado but my joad team as well, empty quiver archery, but on the other it’s a new page going to Lindenwood
