Who knew but making a film for the first time is A LOT of work. Especially when you’re just picking things up as you go. Here’s what days on set were like! 🎬

Much love to all the cast and crew!

A custom pc for @nomadbruh
This tattoo is a blend of fire, dance, and nature. At the center, a group of figures dance freely in front of flames, symbolizing liberation, energy, and transformation. The fire represents passion and rebirth, while the dancing forms show freedom of spirit. On both sides, detailed flowers and mushrooms frame the scene, grounding the design in nature and growth. It’s a balance of chaos and calm—flames above, roots and blooms below—capturing the cycle of destruction and creation, release and renewal

One hell of a week🔥

Last week was one of the best weeks we’ve had here at CrossFit stags and does!

COUNTLESS personal bests were achieved last week during our test week! Pulls ups, muscle ups, squats, deadlifts and Olympic lifts to name some of the skills that were tested.

Massive milestones were achieved for a lot of our members - a huge well done to you all👏🏼👏🏼

Special shoutout to all of the coaches for their amazing help & also to @cruffy93 and @theatrainz for some awesome programming😆

Soon to be an Olympic lifting champ🤷🏼‍♀️

Shankar came to me having not done CrossFit or any Olympic lifting before. He wanted to reach ‘peak athleticism’ and one of his goals is to be a good Olympic lifter.

Within 2 months of coaching, Shankar has built up to a 55kg clean and 35kg snatch (with pretty good technique may I add!!).

There is definitely more in the tank & now we’ve nailed the technique, it’s time to start pushing the weight!

Super excited to see where his lifting journey goes🔥
