She’s made a career of styling everyone and everyone, but I think the most beautiful project is seeing her style herself into a path that brings her to her @nomadic_roots and connecting to what health looks like in all area of life. @triangleflash #iseeyou #homeopathy #medicineofthesoul

✨𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲✨⁣
⁣
It is almost time to gather for our annual women’s retreat - 𝗟𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.⁣
⁣
𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝟭𝟬-𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 - 𝙎𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙣, 𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙪𝙢. ⁣
⁣
There are no words adequate to explain just how sacred this week long journey is. I am so grateful I get to be part of this, co-creating with my dear sisters, where we get to come together, hold space, speak our truth and honour the innate wisdom it is to be a woman. ⁣
⁣
𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙮, 𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩. ⁣
⁣
The truth and magic that unfolds when women come together is powerful, to unfurl so much we carry, shed our deep rooted fears, insecurities, jealousy and shame. We make space to allow each other shine, so we can carry our radiance back out into the world.⁣
⁣
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 ✨⁣
⁣
Throughout the week we will dive into different rituals, deepen the connection to our bodies through dance, expand with practices like kundalini, breathwork and voice training, play with different artforms like clay, deepen our pleasure and sensuality through sacred sexuality practices and nourish our bodies with delicious plant-based cuisine - cooked by me. Along with talks, workshops and so much more. ⁣
⁣
𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝟮 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 🙏🏼 Send me a DM if you’re curious, or want to chat! ⁣

TOMORROW— FREE SHARING
THE ART OF MANIFESTATION - THE ART OF LIFE by Alice Bertay ( classical Homeopath, poet and Lover to Life)

NOV 3 TH 11.11 AM Tulum MEXICO
On @lalunafamily ✨✨✨Link attached to bio.

I am not a teacher, as an Alternative Medicine Doctor, a poet, a singer, a dancer, a mother, a wife, a sister,
I am here to share my life story and if you feel inspire I will share with you the tools that came into my path in order to access a life of bliss and ecstasy.
Life still remains a mystery into which I love dancing my dance and and appreciate every second of it.

The complexity of life is not life itself rather the behavior between humans.
We are as human one of the most fascinating piece of engineer and yet….

If we loose our ground, we loose base.
When we looses the base, we loose our alignment.
When we loose our alignement, we loose the purpose.
which is the only purpose we have is to be alive reaching the fullest of your potential.

The art of manifestation is a manifesto for self empowerment, to be present, to feel harmonious while navigating into life with congruence, always in search of the marvelous.

THE IGNORANCE OF SELF.🤍 ANGER 🤍Anger is enormous intensity ✨✨✨✨ Intensity is the only thing that man is seeking. The very reason why Plant Medicine drugs and sex have become such big things in this world is because somehow people want to experience intensity at least for a few moments. Intensity releases you from many things. Anger could also release you from many things. The problem with anger is; that its not pure intensity within you. it gets entangle with the situation around. Anger is rooted into the ignorance of self. ✨✨✨- Alice Bertay (Classical Homeopath and Alternatives Therapies) #homeopathy #medicineofthesoul #alignment #mind #body #spirit

YOU LOVE EACH OTHER ,
NOW IT IS TIME TO LOVE YOURSELF.

Relationship grow apart not only because people fall out of love .
Relationship often grow apart due to the fact that one feels after some time that they give way more than they receive.

In fact most of the time the giver is more in demand than the receiver.
Looking for someone to fIll the holes and the tears of our own life story is actually a pretty manipulative way to get what you want without asking for it.

This kind of behaviors demonstrate a lack of SELF LOVE.
Choosing to be with someone because you cannot be with yourself will inevitably create an imbalance that will lead to suffering.

Life is about monitoring the alignment of our path and remembering that we are the only one that decide where and how we want to navigate into our life trajectory . The clearer the road the most enjoyable it will be.

Leaving space to space, will help you unfold the mystery of life with no expectation and with full passion.

Your purpose in life is not to be looking for a purpose .
your purpose is to live a life into the present moment where you can experience feeling of blissfulness and connection.

In order to be connected it is necessary to align our thoughts with our actions.
A life of congruence is a life of recognition that love is a unique feeling that can only be shared when expectations are let go.

ALLOWING FOR PLEASURE

When was the last time that you were touched?
That you brought awareness into the inside world your physical being?

When was the last time that you let you skin be shaped by the rhythm of your breath?

When was the last time that you have been caressed, inviting your flesh to stretch by softening the density of your heart?

When was the last time that you were looked at with tenderness enhancing the love within your soul towards yourself?

When was the last time you connected to a state of bliss, allowance of your body to surrender to the pleasure of being alive.
