This month has been all about reconnections—sharing meals, creating memories, and spending quality time with the best people. 🤍♥️

A gentle reminder that life is made up of moments meant to be lived and cherished. To laugh a little louder, love a little deeper, and live a little harder.💃🏻🧜‍♂️🫦

Cheers to more good times, more stories, and more memories worth holding on.🌸💛🥂

ONE LOVE. ONE ISLAND. ONE FAMILY. ❤️💛💚

To the people of Bacolod, thank you for sharing this special night with us.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who came, supported, danced, sang, and celebrated with
@julianrmarley & The Uprising.

Music has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and for one night, we were reminded that we are all connected by the same rhythm, the same energy, and the same love.

Thank you, Bacolod, for opening your hearts and being part of this journey.

One Love. One Island. One Family.

From one island to another, may the music keep connecting us wherever the journey leads.

With gratitude,
Palawan Sound Project

Fifty golden years and still that place, still that magic. The Cajili family hosted the night exactly how legends do—casual, joyful, complete, everyone glowing in party mode and shared memory. Generations gathered, stories overlapping, plates never empty. Honored to witness a legacy that raised all of us in its warmth. Here’s to the next 50. Still undefeated. To Chicken House turning FiFTY! Tito Jo & Tita Pat Cajili and the entire family we bow to this golden milestone.

Two weeks into 2026, a cool January night, and everything felt right.
Friends gathered with food, stories, and a generosity shaped by years of knowing one another. It was an evening of shared presence, easy joy, and gratitude—for friendships that sustain us and a life that has been quietly generous. A garden rediscovered and appreciated again, arriving exactly when it should. A reminder that what is tended with care continues to flourish. Here’s to what lasts.
Same roots. New season. Still us. @sheilayusay @titabenglumayno @nilene & eroscausing @jemgiegarcia @sparemeribs @nomadicandy @juliepoppps @ilagunilla @csldi @are.tee.gee @silime51 @tess_yusay @koa @csldi ❤️for the moments captured 🎞️

The highlight of Dharti Divas! 🌍

Through our 'Paramparagat Swad' (Traditional Food Stall), we showcased nourishing dishes shared by our gastronomically knowledgeable participants. These recipes reflect a deep connection to Mother Earth, highlighting how our participants protect our soil by prioritizing organically grown ingredients. They are truly preserving our heritage by passing this vital knowledge down to the next generation. Now, it’s your turn! Do you have a nutritious or traditional recipe to share? Tell us in the comments! 👇

In continuation with the Slow Food 10th Dec. Terra Madre. We celebrate our very own Dharti Divas.
Rooted in Tradition, Rising for the Future: Our Dharti Divas 2025 🌍✨
On 13th December, we gathered not just to celebrate the Earth, but to listen to it. Our Dharti Divas was a vibrant journey through tradition, sustainability, and the global Terra Madre (Slow Food) movement. Dharti Divas is not a celebration of one day, but we acknowledge our mother Earth every day. We began with Dharti Pooja, seeking blessings from the soil that sustains us. This was followed by a powerful, eye-opening session conducted by Drupad Gandhi, Gujarat’s first young Vaidik Vigyan Principal. At just 27, his insights on Vedic science and climate change showed us that while the challenge is global, the solution is rooted in our traditional local wisdom.
Youth in Action: Our Kishor-Kishoris were the true stars! 🌟
They showcased their vision for a sustainable future with hands-on projects including waste management models, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient alternatives to air conditioners. Their work proved they deeply understand how to sustain our environment in the face of climate change, leading the way toward mindful, "Slow" living.
Swad Parampara No (Taste of Tradition): Our communities showcased the wisdom of our ancestors through traditional, earth-friendly food:
✅Energy & Comfort: Bajri ni Sukhdi (A sweet made with millet and jaggery), Lapsi (A sweet made with the cracked wheat), and Juvar ni Khichdi (sorghum made with peanuts)
✅Winter's Bounty: Lili Haldar nu Shak (Fresh Turmeric), Mogri nu Shak (Radish pods with Indian spices) and Raytu (Yogurt with radish).
✅Nutritious Heritage: Ghau na Lot na Dhokla (Steamed whole wheat flour cake), Kalthi nu Shak (Horse gram bean cooked with indian spices), and Saragva na Paan nu Soup (Drumstick leaves soup).
Learning Through games: Through games like Megh Dhanush (nutrition rainbows), Khana Khajana, and Mane Odhkho, participants sharpened their senses. By segregating 8 types of pulses, they practiced concentration and gained deep respect for the diversity of our grains. 🌾
We ended the day with a powerful Swachh Akash Rally.

Terra Madre in Bacolod felt like a city opening its doors and letting its true character breathe — generous, creative, and deeply rooted. What unfolded at the Capitol Lagoon wasn’t grandstanding; it was authenticity made visible. And at the heart of it all was Reena Gamboa @gamboareena steady, tireless, and gifted in the way she brings people together with equal parts humility and quiet brilliance. You’ll catch a tiny glimpse of her in Frame 17, listening to Mrs. Alegre, but her touch is everywhere in this fair. Bacolod showed what happens when a community leans in with sincerity and craft. Negros didn’t simply host an event — we revealed a strength and spirit we’ve had all along. @slowfoodnegros @terramadreasiapacific Here’s to the growers, the keepers of biodiversity, and the joy of serving food that’s fair, fresh, and meant for everyone.
