🚁 Rescue Operation Update | Paragliding Incident near Manali

Four days ago, a tragic paragliding accident occurred during a flight from Bir. The Paraglider stayed the first night at Rani Sui and the second night near Patalsu Peak. On the third day, the pilot encountered difficulties while entering a thermal and crashed.

The casualties include Nickk from Russia. His companion Dan, also from Russia, sustained injuries but survived thanks to immediate efforts by the rescue and medical teams.

A big acknowledgment to all those who came together in this difficult mission —
🟢 First Response Team: Yogi, Harish & Raj Malhotra
🟢 Second Team: Yogu, Joginder & seven Nepali rescuers
🟢 Medical & Support: Rose Grum (first contact), Richi (nurse), Scouty (paramedic), and the Australian pilots who assisted on ground coordination.

The rescue operation took place over challenging terrain and conditions, showing incredible teamwork, courage, and compassion. Our thoughts are with the families affected and with everyone who risked their safety to bring help when it was needed most. 🙏
