#parentinghacks when the kids don’t want chicken nuggets and chips, you make chicken balls with potato sticks. It’s so much better. Wenn die Kids keine chicken nuggets , mach einfach Hühnerbällchen und Kartoffelstöckchen.

It's great to make goals and to strive towards them.

What's not great is when we self sabotage and get stuck if we don't reach them.

Stop waiting for "then" live for now and enjoy the journey, the person you are becoming and the lessons you are learning.

❤️ If you can relate.

Network Marketing has given me something to focus on outside my day to day job.

Something that can be mine, something I can be proud on, something I can work on and in result work on me.

How often do you think:

"I wish I knew why"

"I wish I knew what's coming next"

A lot of the time it's better for us not to know what happens next or why things happen. I'm so glad I have a God and Saviour who knows what is coming next and I can trust Him every step of the way.

Who here is a comfort eater?
Drop me a comment below so I know I'm not on my own.

I know I am. Its something I have to choose to battle each day.
Chocolate, sweets, ice cream, cake, crisps. Thee is nothing wrong with these foods in moderation.

But girl I do not eat these foods in moderation at the moment and boy is it showing.

More acne, stubborn belly fat, low energy, yoyo mood, cravings. You name it I have got it right now.

I'm so fed up of finding comfort in food. I got so good in not doing it and then the c word hit, oh and then my period hit. So many excuses and reasons.

But I KNOW I am going to be getting amazing results from the 30 day programme.

My beginning starts Monday the 1st! Keep your eyes peeled of my 30 day journey and see my results.

I am going to be going live with different individuals in the month of November too so keep your eyes peeled.

Making healthier habits one step at a time, resetting my gut to kick those cravings to the kerb.

So I can start on towards my weight goal and gain more energy doing so.

What a squad! Learning to love themselves, celebrating the positives, supporting each other week in week out! Yer I’m proud to be part of this!

Becoming a mum our bodies and minds go through so many changes and we really learn what they are capable of. But so often we forget how to love ourselves and fail to see how wonderful and beautiful we are! Our bodies are truly amazing and so are we!
Self love Saturday is here to make a positive change. @mumsselflovesquad , @mum_life_rocks, & the self love squad are here to celebrate ourselves & each other & would love for you to join us. Let’s focus on our positives & learn to love ourselves a little more! & let’s support each other all the way!
To take part head over to @mumsselflovesquad & send them a dm to join our wonderful group of mums & learn how to start spreading the positivity! Whether you are a new mummy, a mummy to be, a mummy of older ones, even a nanny all are welcome!

5 Christian positional truths.

We need to remind ourselves as believers of what truth we have now as believers in Christ.

1. You are loved
2. You are forgiven
3. You are accepted
4. You are a daughter/son of God
5. You are adopted

Which one spoke to you most?
