I think I've squeezed as much as I can from this setup. I know she's capable of running 11.9x but I dont want to push it any further. The block is from 1991, so its time to refresh this engine for next season. Sleeves, high comp, rods and M1 should put her in the 10s. Until then, I'll take her out for a farewell run in November.

Ok and now for the announcement 📣 I will be hosting a SMALL, TAME AND UNDER CONTROL open house at my shop next Saturday the 10th, to allow people to SHOP in person. This means all Thrash Racing items on the website and all the imported items from Japan through my other company @pacificbasejapan will be available to purchase!

This was a brilliant idea 💡 thought up by our new staff, Sonny. Normally I wouldn’t do this but the shop is small, space is limited and I need room for the incoming seat container.

I’ll prep the S14 to display and possibly bring Fukudas car down for viewing. This is a shared space with @pandoramotorsports and @nomisind so please RESPECT THAT!

I will also have some junk and not so junk aero. Pandora and Nomis will also have some used and new parts/ shop stuff for sale!

This is not the same as Pandoras bbq so there will be no food or drinks!!

First engine management training course is in the books! Was awesome meeting so many talented people in one place ! What was even greater was that they were all so collaborative and willing to share knowledge with each other ! Thanks to @ecumasterusa for not only hosting but putting the whole training course together and allowing us network ! Thanks @bryanmfierro for pushing and helping me to come out here and get the training !

Time lapse edit of the recent updates to a customers Ariel Atom 3S.

In the first round of work I did on this thing, I sorted everything wrong with it aswell as tuned suspension, upgraded the oil system, fuel system, and cooling system, designed and printed a cluster and a few other quality of life items.

@nomisind and I did our best to get some usable power out of the original G30. But the internal gate couldnt keep up and was boost creeping beyond reasonable control on the dyno.

So I started from scratch with a one off 321 stainless machined manifold for the @4pistoncylinderheads k24z kt1000. Supporting @turbosmarthq 6466 and 60mm gate. Designed the entire 4" exhaust system in CAD along with a 304 stainless printed tip and carbon bezel. Topped it all off with some custom hangers and brackets, and a custom lightbar tail light. Tons of details I skipped but hopefully they show. Ill try to post another few still shots to better highlight some of the 🤌

Finally, we tossed it on @nomisind dyno for calibration. It made around 750 whp 550tq revving to 9k at 30 psi with room for more.

We made it to @raceworz ! After over a year fighting with this car we got to race it but not without more fighting. Managed to get a new PB of 12.6 hopefully I can remember how to drive it next time to go even quicker. thank you to everyone who helped with it thank you @redzone_gywire for all of the time you spent helping us with getting it up and going on the fueltech, thank you @mario_byp for helping me get the car to the track shout out Chp for the state ref and shout out U-Haul for the truck most of all thank you @jdmlowlife and @notselenagomez_ I would have gave up on the car so long ago without you guys!
