I've been a mentee with @africanmarmalade for 3 years now and this weekend I got to see how much impact we have.

As we reminded black Africans of food they loved and grew up on, but also making it available for purchase.

It was an important moment to teach everyone including those who are looking for delicious yet healthy options for food that is good for you and tastes good too. And can be prepared simply as well.

Oh it was amazing!
