NoNormal: a concentrated coffee paste from Switzerland. Coffee in a tube is definitely a little unconventional, but that’s part of what makes it so interesting.

If you drink coffee on the go, you have to try @nonormalco.

A praticidade?

Every adventure deserves a great coffee! NoNormal Coffee was born in Switzerland from a simple idea: enjoy real coffee anywhere without carrying extra equipment. Its founders created a concentrated coffee paste made with 100% Colombian Arabica beans and produced in Switzerland. The best part? Just mix a spoonful of the paste with hot water, stir, and enjoy! You can even make it with cold water. Perfect for travelers, hikers, mountain lovers, and campers. Lightweight, practical, and ready to join you on every adventure. Because even at the top of a mountain, a great coffee makes the moment special!

Fun Vancouver stuff round 2: @campcoffeeclub, @parkbagging, and @hotdogsonwheelz are three of the best group-rides-that-are-mostly-just-hanging-out's that I've ever been on. I still remember my first time coming to Vancouver two years ago lined up with these back-to-back and really set the tone for what the cycling scene was like up here. Camp coffee club is your standard #coffeeoutside meetup but PARKBAGGING y'all is some next level me type shit for real. Vancouver has like a thousand parks and this crew went through every single one alphabetically over the course of a few years. Meet up in a park, enjoy a beverage, ride to next park, enjoy another beverage, maybe ride to one more park if it's not too far? Enjoy one more beverage? Honestly one of the most brilliant ways to sneaky side quest exploring your city. I highly recommend everyone steal their idea and do it in your own.

No better way to explain the feeling

Yes this was the coffee we actually drank. Honestly, pretty good.

Backcountry camping in Galcier NP is different than any other Nation Park Ive camped in! Im used to heavy bear cans, having to find a place to cook away from our campsite, and people doing their business 🧻 where ever they want.

Having designated places for each of these helps to keep us and the wildlife safe! And boy did we see wildlife on this trip! 🐏🦫🐻🦌

two weeks ago, i left for my very first solo bivouac, just four months after my second leg surgery 🏔️🤘🏼⋆˚꩜｡

a year ago, i broke my femur in two while climbing. i had never felt pain like it. but the hardest part was still to come: six weeks in bed, relearning how to walk (twice), and four months on crutches, away from the mountains. not being able to go outdoors was the worst of it. after two surgeries and a LOT of physiotherapy, i treated myself to a weekend in the pyrenees. i have never felt stronger than I did right then and there. not being afraid for a single second. i’m proud of myself for always trying harder, for being my very own number one supporter, and for knowing that whatever happens it will always be worth it. i love walking, i love the outdoors, and above all i believe in myself and in my ability to reach for the stars, whether with crutches or hiking poles.

so go outside and enjoy every bit of it. respect nature, and please please take care of your mental health <3

i’m so baaaack
