If you want any of the recipes, comment ‘Recipe’ below and I’ll send them to you 🥰

As you can see I’m very messy when it comes to making food and drinks 😅

At the moment I’m in a calorie deficit (300 cals under maintenance) but I’m eating so many yummy foods!

If I fancy a treat, I’ll have it e.g. if I’m craving chocolate, I’ll have it but try fit it into my calories (this is usually relatively easy as I haven’t put my calories really low).

But most of the time I will eat foods that help keep me fuller for longer like things high in protein, high in fibre (like fruit & veg) and with some healthy fats 😍

I’m enjoying baking again so making some snacks from scratch, like the protein flapjacks and they help keep me satisfied as it has all of the mentioned above ⬆️ and are nice and sweet so help with my sugar cravings 😁

Also, as a veggie I find it a little harder to get my protein in but still eating 150g a day! So veggies out there if you need any recipes let me know cos I’ve got a lil collection now, I found it hard initially but finally getting the hang of it!!

If you need any recipe inspo or help with losing fat, my DMs are always open ❤️

Wake up and smell the coffee! Grateful to be by country and coast. Enjoying taking some time off to recharge mind and body. Keeping things ticking over with the humble push-up. My workout today included standard push-ups, shoulder taps, toe-taps and the Superman push-up for more explosive strength and power, whilst also requiring significant core activation. Sun is shining. Skies are blue! Life is good.

Thanks to the team at Noomf who have just launched a super cool blend of organic coffee and Lion’s Mane mushroom for mind and body. Wake up and smell the coffee! Use code ‘SLAYER10’ for 10% off noomf.co.uk @noomfuk
