‘Always feel a bit motivated and uplifted after a meet up’ - That’s what one of the members said as soon as she’d left. And the one who couldn’t make it said ‘I got so much fomo after seeing your posts!’ One thing I hear the most is ‘I don’t have time’ and I knew it was something we needed to look into at one of the Inner Circle Discussions. ‘Focus on the surroundings and see how things fall in to place.’ That was my focus on this months Inner Circle Round Table. We looked at productivity but not in the usual sense. We weren’t there to share what tools we use to help keep us productive. Instead we looked at our actual daily routines. After all, every individual is different and has a different lifestyle right? We looked at how we’re actually spending our time vs how we would like to be spending our time. What do we want to continue doing and keeping as a non negotiable each day? What you are choosing to do in a day is what you’re choosing to prioritise. So what is it you’d like to prioritise? The Inner Circle Round Table Discussions focus on you as an individual. Your business can’t grow without you so why get left behind. The Inner Circle transforms the isolation of entrepreneurship into a thriving support system, giving you the clarity, confidence, and community you need to build your business without burning out. Because when you have the right women in your corner, everything changes - your business grows faster, decisions become easier, and the journey becomes something you actually enjoy. Applications now open. Comment Inner Circle or drop me a dm to join the gang!

Our first Inner Circle Round Table was less about talking numbers, strategies and the usual business stuff. We talked about ourselves. The things business has taught us over the years. The obstacles we’ve had to overcome. The beliefs we’ve had to challenge. The things we’re still struggling with today. And, importantly, how what we’ve learnt can help another woman who might be facing the same thing. We then took the conversation deeper by exploring Imam Al-Ghazali’s six questions about the self and asking what they might look like when applied to our businesses. Because sometimes the thing holding your business back isn’t another strategy. Sometimes, it’s something within us that needs to be understood first. That’s the kind of conversation I want the Inner Circle to create. Honest. Reflective. Practical. And rooted in connection. One room. Different businesses. Different journeys. But a lot more in common than we probably realise. This was just the first one. 🤍 Next Inner Circle Round Table takes place on Tuesday 11th October. Will you be joining us?
