I've relaunched my Substack blog and newsletter, and for my first installment I was honored to have a first listen to the stellar new LP from @nanfiero @bigdaddychop_ and @monsrock entitled MEDALLA II featuring @freshdotdaily and El Rob.

Visit the link in my bio to read the album review and while you're there support the artists by listening, following, sharing and/or purchasing. All their direct links are included in the article.

Someone bought me a book for my Earthday (next monday, 4/6) from what has to be an amazon wishlist from YEARS ago.

I am thankful it is a book I really do want.

I don't update amazon wishlists nowadays at all but my current gift list is at throne.com/walasia and there are gifts ranging from $5 to $18K and everywhere in between listed there.

Everything comes directly to my mailing address and health/wellness needs are there as well as gift-gifts.

Thanks to all who send me gifts at any time but especially now - it's a really bad time for me healthwise and anything that is kind and caring and giving and positive is a huge help to keep my spirits up a bit.

U don't have to go through the site at all though - the MAIN things I need at this time are gift cards for Uber or Expedia. My email addy for those, which is also paypal/zelle is thegoldennutrients@gmail.com.

My CashApp is $WALASIA

Venmo is @WALASIA

I have apple pay on the studio phone, I have crypto wallets for a few kinds of coins ... pls email me if those are preferred.

❤ x ❤ and also to secret gifter thank U for the book, it means a lot on today.

p.s. ROUGH day & week but celebrating my 3rd Great Nephew who was born yesterday and he's healthy, parents are happy and I hope to meet him in person soon. I'm a Great Auntie once again!!
