Two opportunities coming up to RESTORE and RECEIVE:

GONG BATH with Norah is back! Join us Tuesday 11/3 7:45-8:45p for a practice of stillness and sound. Come dressed comfortably, we provide blankets and bolsters - Norah creates the Soundscape - pre register online ⚡️

Our popular Yin and Sound is back in December! T and Norah are back at it — T’s Yin is intuitive, unplanned and in the moment, moving from a noticing of the bodies in the space. Yin yoga mainly targets the connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints— especially around the hips, pelvis, and spine. We hold poses for several minutes with muscles relatively relaxed, allowing gentle, sustained stress that can support mobility. It also practices stillness and awareness: noticing sensations and staying present without immediately reacting — all held together by Norah’s sound, it’s basically like being at the most chill concert on Cape Cod. Pre register, limited space and already filling up! ⚡️

Oh, it’s on. Save the date ✍️

YIN and SOUND with T and Norah: 12/27 SUNDAY 6-7:30p $27

Yin Yoga is the practice of slowing down, staying still, and allowing instead of forcing. Accompanied by Norah’s legendary SoundScapes and T’s lead - we create a deep experience allowing the practice of: staying.

Physically, we will hold floor-based poses for 3-5 minutes, relaxing the muscles so the stretch can reach the deeper connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints. The room is warm and the vibe is HERE. This has always been a very popular offering here and we are happy to bring it back to life.

Don’t run to YIN, but save your spot soon ⚡️

Creating experiences that deeply resonate with my guests and students is what drives me. I’m intentional with every location I choose, always scouting personally before sharing — if it moves me, if it speaks to me, it’s something I feel called to offer.

More often than not, these are places that are unique, wild, and outdoors, because connection with nature is so often the portal to connecting with ourselves — our intuition, our heart. My goal is to create peaceful, meaningful experiences that leave something lasting: not just in the memory, but in the body.

Whether it’s a local excursion that lasts only a few hours or an international journey that spans days, I show up to hold space for something real — always in an environment that is safe, personally tested, and chosen with care, alongside healers and facilitators I know and trust.

Meet the Vendor:
Norah is gong certified, Reiki II certified, & has been offering sound healing since around 2014. At this event, she’ll be selling her soap & other creations, offering hand henna art & will be facilitating a gongbath with didgeridoo & drum at 12:15pm.
Weekly, Norah offers Soundbaths at various locations. Oceanair Salt Caves, Masjah, & Hot Yoga East Dennis.
Over the last few summers, Norah has also been holding events out in nature, under the trees, where no ceilings exist, & the elements contribute to the energetic flow of each session. Fire dance, soundhealing, drum circles, private reiki sessions in the tipi, dance parties, charm casting, tea leaf reading ceremonies & more, bringing us closer to the earth below & skies above. Immersing, syncing up our energies with the sounds & movement of the nature that surrounds us.
