HAPPY SPIDER-MAN DAY!!!

I would not be the person that I am without this character. Spider-Man has always been more than a nerdy interest to me: He has been a man that I aspire to be. I am always on constant awe of Peter Parker and how much he has influenced me. He pushes me to find balance, do good things for others without anything in return, keep smiling even when times get tough, and know that I don’t have to go through life all on my own. Spider-Man saved my life, and for that, all I can say is thank you. Thank you for getting me out of my shell when I was younger. Thank you for bringing me to the people that I hold closest to my heart. Thank you for being my role model. Thank you for not being a perfect character. Thank you for being an outlet for my creativity. Thank you for bringing out the best parts of me. Thank you for everything, Spider-Man.
