What a beautiful summer it has been. The Lord has taught me so much over these past two months. He has given me strength, perseverance, and a deeper trust in Him. He has reminded me that salvation is not earned by what we do, but is received through faith in Christ alone.

This summer has also made the reality of eternity feel even more significant to me. I’m so grateful to know that this world is not my home, heaven is. This summer was a taste of heaven, a reminder of the joy, peace, and hope we have in Christ. What a blessing it is to live with my eyes fixed on eternity.

what a joy it has been for two months to walk in my faith alongside my family. it's privilege and a blessing to be known and loved not only God but by others and encouraged and pushed by others. through my time in South Carolina the Lord revealed a new level of dependency and joy that must only be found in Him, and in pursuing that I feel all the more closer to Him. Everyday is a new day, a gift to wake up, to see the sun and say good morning, and every conversation, every smile and every act is an oppurtunity to see God and help others see Him too. truly, in His presence there is fullness of joy!
