SENIOR SPOTLIGHT FOR @giovannaallenn 😍❤️‍🔥😽🫶🏼💋

Gio is a Political Science Major with a Minor in History from Chatham, NY. She joined Theta in Fall ‘23 and served as our VP DEI in 2025!!

When asked about her favorite Theta memory, Gio said:
Getting my perfect little Avery! I am truly so grateful for theta for bringing us together :)

Message from a special someone:
My wonderful, fabulous and lovely mother!! My Gio!! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world that I get to have you in my life because you are truly a gem. It feels like it was only yesterday when we met for the first time on our coffee date in Hendersons. The moment I sat down with you I immediately felt at home. You made me laugh the hardest I’d ever laughed and treated me with so much kindness and care. I went through the rest of my day with the biggest smile on my face. From that moment on, you’ve always been here to give me advice and just hang out whether its through sending a million voice memos back and forth or having a long debrief at a coffee shop downtown. UVM won’t be the same without you, but I also know you’re going off to do amazing things and I can’t wait to see what your life will become. You are my big in every universe and I love you forever :)

Gio, we have all deeply valued your time in this chapter and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish! TLAM💛🖤

Cat is a Public Communications Major with a Studio Art Minor from Chappaqua, NY. She joined Theta in Fall ‘22 and served as our T-shirt chair in 2024 and our Event Director for the Spring of 2025!

When asked about her favorite memory in Theta, Cat said:
living in the theta turret. literally had the best times of my life in that room!

Message from a special someone:
I am so greatful for the time I got to spend with my amazing mother cat. From our first hang out in the amphitheater, I knew that cat was special. Her passion for life is truly unmatched. She inspires me when i’m feeling drained, lifts me up when i’m feeling down, and most importantly insists that you write your own story. I could list a thousand reasons why she is truly the best person you will ever meet, but I think the most important thing I want to say is to know cat is to know love. I will miss you more than u even know, but dw ur bbg will always be here with open arms:) Congrats mom, bear fam forever 🫰 @holly_30_

Cat, you are so amazing and Theta won’t be the same without you! TLAM💛🖤

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT FOR @lib_hunt 👩🏼‍💼🥳🫶🏼💖🙌🏼 (AKA OUTSTANDING CHAPTER PRESIDENT OF THE YEAR‼️🚨)

Libby is a Political Science Major with a Minor in American Sign Language from Duxbury, MA. She joined Theta in Fall ‘22 and served as our New Member Director in 2024 and our Chapter President in 2025!!!

When asked about her favorite memory in Theta, Libby said:
My favorite theta memory was from this past Fall Recruitment. It was our last round of preference, which would conclude my last round of recruitment in my college career. I so vividly remember the energy that we all had when chanting our final song, and what a bittersweet moment it was. I remember looking around at all of my fellow thetas and experiencing an overwhelming amount of pride, excitement, and an immense feeling of gratitude for everything this chapter has given me!

Message from a special someone:
My mama, my best friend, my favorite person, and my biggest role model all in one, I love you with my whole heart and I’m so incredibly proud of you in every possible way. Finding the words to write this felt like an impossible task because how could I possibly sum up the beauty and grace that is Libby Hunt into one simple paragraph (but I’m going to try). You’re the most loyal, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and all around amazing friend there is, and I’m the luckiest person alive to have you in my life. Being your little hasn’t just changed my UVM or Theta experience, it’s changed my life, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of it cheering you on as you become the most baddie lawyer to live because everything you do, you do with full force and dedication, and I hope you know that it shines through to all! You are so full of life, but even more so you are full of love and that will carry you anywhere you want to go. I’m going to miss you more than I can put into words, but I know that you’re going to be off changing the world and leaving every place you go better than you found it!! Theta love and all mine, @kaitlinalarafi

Libby, Theta will always be somewhere you can call home and we love you so so much💖
